Jessica M. Christiansen

Mrs. Jessica M. Christiansen joined our firm in August of 2012. She is a graduate of UMKC Law School. Jessica grew up in Jefferson City and is the youngest daughter of Mary Browning.   During law school, Jessica worked as intern for the Cole County Prosecutor’s Office. Jessica was also enrolled in the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office Clinic in the Major Crimes Unit and the Sex Crimes and Child Abuse Unit. While working on her J.D., Jessica also worked as an intern for Mary J. Browning, assisting with appellate cases, research and legal writing projects. Prior to attending law school, Jessica spent several years working as the operations manager for a mortgage company. Jessica’s primary focus is family law including divorce, modification, child support/maintenance, child custody and paternity actions. She is certified to practice as a Guardian ad Litem. She also handles traffic tickets and debt negotiation. Jessica brings energy, dedication and experience to our firm.
